Locked down and loved up. An intimate garden wedding celebration at The Hollies, Leicestershire

Harriett & Chris chose to get married in 2020 despite the Covid restrictions on guest numbers. They didn't want to wait any longer to tie the knot and were happy with a smaller do anyway.

After a quick stop at the Registry Office to make it legal they headed over to The Hollies, a charming farmhouse in South Leicestershire, to get the celebrations started properly with their nearest and dearest.

What followed was a truly special garden wedding, with everyone looking especially glad to be together after so many months apart in lockdown. Chris' sister Lex performed a few tracks with her guitar, including a gorgeous first dance for the couple.

The intimacy of having such a small group ended up making the day feel even more magic, with good food, great toasts and lots of laughter in a secret garden setting.
